Do you have promotional videos, logos, flyers, or graphics? We want to help you succeed! Provide us with your media assets and we will provide free promotion across our social media channels and during our event live stream.

*Our team will reach out via email after registration to collect your files.

*If your application is not approved we will provide a 100% refund.

⚠️ Important Requirements

  • Food Vendors: You must have a valid Health Certificate from the Dept. of Health.
  • Liability Insurance: All vendors must have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Keaukaha Canoe Club as an additionally insured 3rd party.
  • Prize: All retail vendors must agree to sponsor a running prize of at least $20 value at the event. You'll be recognized in the giveaway too.
